Adopt a Child’s Education
Supporting a child’s education is truly a wonderful way to take part in the Isha Vidhya initiative to change the face of rural India one child at a time!
Donors can adopt a child’s education and make yearly donations to cover the expenses of tuition, books, notebooks and nutritional health supplements of their child. Donors are matched with a student and will receive periodic progress reports, photos and letters from the student(s). Yearly donations can be made between January and March either online or through check, bank draft or cash.
Each year the Isha Vidhya management team determines a scholarship amount sufficient to cover tuition, books, notebooks and nutritional health supplements. For the 2009-2010 academic year, scholarships are set at Rs. 10,000 / 240 USD / 150 GBP.
